How to define and assign objectives in a Space?

A Space objective is an object that has been assigned to all space members, to some group users, or to selected users. It is created by a user who can access the stats and report menu. The Space objective feature has been designed to track the achievement level of tasks assigned to Space members.

For example,  an 'Onboarding' badge is set as a requirement for all company staff members in the group “New employees.” All the “New employees” group members will receive the task of earning this badge in their personal objectives view (see screenshot below). 

The HR team will be able to track the goal achievement level in the report view of the Space objectives. The first view of the objective (see screenshot below) displays information about the objective, the audience, the desired completion level, and the actual completion rate in percent. It also shows the deadline and the probability of achieving the planned completion level.

Click on the first view to access more detailed information. In this second view (see screenshot below), you will see a chart showing the target group's weekly progression, the list of users the objective has been assigned, and their current achievement level.
