How to use stats and reports in Spaces?

This menu can be accessed by users who have a role with the Can view stats, view logs and reports capability. 

General

This page displays general information about your space:

• General gives the admin the information to manage his/her Space license. 

• The Badges section gives numerical information about badges and their status.

• Roles provide an overview of roles created and used in groups.

• The Groups box displays the list of groups and the number of group members.

• Minimaps, their number, and status are listed in the Minimaps section

• Badge Applications statistics are in the Applications box.

• The number of objectives and their status are displayed in Objectives

• The histogram at the end of the page shows the users' distribution of badges.

Badge applications

By default, the badge application report displays the list of all badge applications and their statistics to users with a role that allows them to view stats, logs, and reports. The applications’ status (Approved, Pending, Revised, Rejected, Deleted) refers to reviewer work, and Approved—Public, Internal or Private tells how badges have been accepted and shared by their earners in the Passport.

If there are groups in the Space, authorized users can filter the view by groups. When you click on one of the badge applications in the list, you will access the report for that application.

Note that if a user is a member of group A and has this capability only in their group-level role, they will see statistics only for badge applications submitted by members of their group.

Issued badges

This report features a search engine for generating reports on badges issued within the Space. You can filter the data by badge name or by group. Additionally, you can export the data to a CSV file, just like in other reports.

User and badges

This report includes a list of Space members and the badges they have received. The member list can be filtered by groups or downloaded in CSV format.
