This tool is available from the Pro service level upwards. The organisation can export data to Excel as CSV files using the report creation tool.
The report creator can select the badge(s) (shared or not) and the badge application(s). The report creator can filter by the period during which the badges were issued, the period during which the badges were expired, and also filter the report based on recipients' email addresses.
The data generated in the standard reports are as follows:
- Badge ID
- Issuance Event ID
- Assertion ID
- Badge Name
- Recipient
- Issuance Date
- Expiration Date
- Delivery Method
- Badge Status
It is possible to obtain a more comprehensive report by checking the 'Detailed Report' box. The following additional data will then be included:
- Name of the person who issued the badge
- Category associated with the badge in OBF
- Tags associated with the badge
