In Open Badge Factory at the Pro level service, once a badge has been issued, it can be revalidated by the issuing organisation after the addition of evidence, for example, by its beneficiary. To enable this, the option must be activated when the badge is created or modified. NB! This process is only possible if the badge recipient uses the Open Badge Passport application to store and manage his/her badges.
Activate the badge revalidation option
When creating/modifying a badge, in step 4 ‘Issuing’, tick the ‘Issued badges can be revalidated’ box.
