PDF templates (Pro feature)

Here you can create PDF templates to assign to badges. Only templates with ‘Active’ status can be assigned to badges.

PDF templates can be ordered by ‘Last modified’ or ‘Title’, filtered using keywords or organised by category.

Create a PDF template

To create a new template, click on Create new PDF template.

Enter the name, choose the languages available for the template and define the format of the dates displayed on the PDF. Apply the desired CSS style and define the layout of the page content.

When your model is ready to be used, tick the ‘Active’ box so that it can be assigned to your badges. If you want the template to be assigned automatically to your badges, tick the ‘Assign automatically’ box.

Click the Save button to validate the template.
