Badges shared with partners

Here the organisation’s admin(s) can select the badges that the organisation wants to share with all or some of its partners. Badges can be shared as links (the name of the original creator of the badge will be displayed in the badge issued by a partner), or as copies. When a partner is allowed to make a copy of one of your organisation’s badges, the copy will not contain the name of the original creator.

Notice that the organisation that is the creator of the badge, can manage the badges it shared as links by setting expiration dates, but it will not have control on badges shared as copies.

Organise and search for badges shared with partners

Badges shared with partners can be sorted by date or title, filtered according to the partner organisations with which they have been shared or searched using keywords.

Badges shared with partners can be organised using categories, in the same way as badges or badge applications created.

Share a badge with Partners

Click on the link ‘Share a badge with a partner’. A new page displays the list of badges that can be shared, as well as the list of organisations added to the partner network.

Tick the badge(s) to be shared and the partners concerned.

Write instructions for the partner(s) and choose the type of sharing (link or copy). NB! The Pro service level offers the additional possibility of sharing applications associated with the badge(s).

Click on ‘Save’ to confirm the sharing of the badge(s).
