Open Badge Factory complies with GDPR requirements. In accordance with GDPR regulation, badge recipients can submit personal data requests.

How to proceed?

If a badge earner has received badges from organisations using Open Badge Factory and wants to check their personal data, they can click on this link (available on our website's Personal Data Request page). 

They will see which organisations have issued their badges, and what personal information has been collected. This link also allows them to view the badges that have been issued to them. If they wish, they can request deletion of their personal data and badges. 

Please note that erased data cannot be recovered.
